Simon Cowell may have left American Idol, but it looks like Jennifer Lopez could keep the criticism coming, according to the show's host Ryan Seacrest.
The American pop star will be sitting on the judging panel alongside Aerosmith's Steven Tyler and original judge Randy Jackson in the US reality singing competition.
"Jennifer [is the mean one], she expects a lot - she's tough, but she gives tough love," Ryan told Access Hollywood.
With J-Lo as the stern judge and Randy as the jokey one, he reckoned Steven would end up being the sensitive one.
"Steven is probably our most emotional judge. We will probably see tears from Steven as well as laughs and he's a prankster too, but they got along very well on the road," Ryan added.
