Sharon Osbourne is experiencing a profound lifestyle shift after adopting the Atkins diet.

The America's Got Talent judge recently shed 11lbs in a matter of two weeks.

Sharon credits her swift weight loss to the Atkins diet and is so impressed with the programme that she has signed on to be a spokeswoman for it.

"I don't like to call it a diet because it's a way of life," Sharon explained to ET Online.

In her lifelong efforts to trim her waistline, Sharon has tried numerous diets and she even underwent lapband surgery.

She admits that Atkins has worked for her largely because she still gets to indulge during meals.

"You can eat as much as you want of certain food," she boasted.

"So it's really not a diet, it's a change of life."

Sharon has even convinced husband Ozzy to adopt the regimen and lose 18lbs.

Ozzy's so into Atkins that the pair are now involved in a weigh loss competition with one another.

Sharon, who turns 60 next month, hopes to lose an additional 12lbs to reach her ideal body weight.

If you're overdue for a raise, lobby for one now. Your request won't be approved immediately, so press the point. Fortunately, you're not shy about making demands.
