Sheen ‘kicking Mueller out’
Charlie Sheen has allegedly issued a letter to Brooke Mueller that demands she leave the home he bought her.
The Anger Management actor purchased a $4.8 million Los Angeles estate for the mother of his four-year-old twins Bob and Max.
And now TMZ is reporting he wants her out of the property, with his attorney issuing a letter ordering her to leave.
According to the website “the letter explains that Charlie is aggressively trying to sell the home” and it is made clear Brooke “needs to pack her bags, stat”.
He purportedly wants the troubled socialite to move far away from him.
It is also claimed the 48-year-old actor has lowered the home’s price tremendously in order to close a sale fast.
“Charlie is so determined to get Brooke out of his life ... he's telling friends he'd gladly sell the house for a dollar just to get her out of his neighbourhood,” the outlet writes.
Brooke, 36, found herself in rehab for the 21st time in May.
And while the troubled socialite was being treated, Charlie’s other ex-wife Denise Richards temporarily cared for his and Brooke’s twin sons Bob and Max.
Brooke is rumoured to have filed a claim against Denise this week, accusing the actress of child abuse.
An insider told TMZ Charlie’s removal letter prompted such rage in Brooke that she retaliated by charging Denise with indecent assault.
Denise recently relinquished custody of the four-year-old boys due to their alleged violent behaviour.
Bob and Max have been put in the custody of Brooke’s brother, who resides in the home Charlie wants his ex out of.
Radar Online reports Denise is furious about the situation and is considering taking legal action against Brooke.
“[Denise] is considering her options, including Brooke filing a false police report and/or civil action against her,” a source told the outlet.
“There is no evidence that Denise has ever physically or emotionally abused ANY of her children.”
