Charlie Sheen has agreed to be the subject of Comedy Central's next celebrity roast.
The show will be taped in Los Angeles and is set to air in the US on September 19 - the same night Ashton Kutcher debuts as Sheen's replacement in the comedy Two and a Half Men.
But Sheen, who was thrown off the sitcom after his hard partying forced a production shutdown, won't be competing directly with Kutcher - the Comedy Central roast is scheduled for 10pm, an hour after Two and a Half Men.
Sheen said: "You could say I've been providing kindling for this roast for a while. It's time to light it up. It's going to be epic."
Previous 'roastees' who have subjected themselves to comedians' taunts include Donald Trump, David Hasselhoff and Flavor Flav.
