Simon Cowell has hired a "healer" to visit his luxury Los Angeles home and clear it of negative energy.
The X Factor mogul, 52, whose shows in the US and in Britain have been under pressure in the ratings, revealed that he'd hired the healer on Twitter.
"Today I had someone heal my house. Strange but great," he told his four million followers.
"The healer brings in good energy. Someone told me about it. It takes a couple of days."
The hiring of a healer is the latest insight into Simon's unusual lifestyle.
A recent biography claimed that the star enjoys twice-yearly Botox, regular colonic irrigation and intravenous vitamin injections to keep him looking young.
Simon recently dismissed speculation that he had a breakdown, saying: "Reports of my, whatever it was, are a little bit exaggerated.
"I mean I did turn my phone off for six weeks, because you know I had a lot going on."
