Simon Cowell's luxury Beverly Hills mansion is finally complete.
The X Factor mogul has spent the past three years remodelling the $25 million property and it is apparently now ready for him to fully move in.
X17Online claims that the sprawling five-bedroom estate comes with a luxury spa, wet steam room and custom-made media room with fancy leather seating.
It also has a gallery to show off Simon's numerous gold records and awards.
And to make sure that he keeps in great shape it has an indoor lap pool and state-of-the-art gym.
Simon also has a separate area for staff and a live-in butler and maid to make sure all of his needs are catered to.
The television titan got the property when he was still with former fiancée Mezhgan Hussainy but she will not be moving in with him following their split.
He reportedly gave her an $8 million home as a parting gift.
