SJP: My twins give me a workout
Sarah Jessica Parker has revealed that she stays in shape with help from her twin daughters.
The Sex And The City actress told ITV1's Lorraine that having to run around after more children has given her a toned figure.
The Hollywood star says she has been carrying round two-year-old Tabitha and Loretta rather than hitting the gym to keep fit.
She said: "Well honestly my daughters insist on being carried at the exact same time. I know there are a lot of mothers out there that have young children and probably, if not twins, who are close in age.
"And my daughters, in all sincerity, really want to be held at the same time, all the time... But they're like 25 pounds now each."
SJP stars in new movie I Don't Know How She Does It, about a mum juggling her family and a stressful job.
The actress said she had always been "in awe" of working mums.
"I know that there are women that are working not because they want to but because they have to and sometimes more than one job," she said.
"And I'm far more in awe of how they manage to do it all than myself, because I think I have the liberty to pick and choose when I can work and I have the kind of support I need and a lot of working mothers don't have that."
