Sofia Vergara will not be hosting her and fiancé Joe Manganiello’s forthcoming nuptials in the Los Angeles area.

The Modern Family actress got engaged to the 38-year-old Magic Mike XXL actor in December last year.

And the stunning star has revealed she and Joe will most likely exchange vows outside of the US.

“Destination!” Sofia told ET Online after she was asked if their wedding would take place locally or abroad. “I want all the people from Columbia and South America and from Europe to be able to make it to the wedding and Los Angeles is very far away from everything.”

Sofia will not be getting wild before her nuptials take place.

The 42-year-old star isn’t at all interested in having a hen night.

“In Latin America we don’t do bachelorette parties,” she explained. “I'm not doing a bachelorette party.”

Sofia spoke to the outlet while attending the Skinny Cow Speakeasy Event in Los Angeles earlier this week.

Skinny Cow has launched an initiative that encourages women to share their secrets to living a wonderful life and Sofia learned early on how to enjoy her existence.

“I don’t know if it was somebody that told me it or if I figured it out, but I think never to take 'no' personally,” the star said of the best career advice she’s ever received.

“It's very important when you are trying to do something that is out of your comfort zone… for example with trying to be an actress or a singer or something -- there's going to be a lot of people saying 'no' to you -- not because you're not pretty enough or talented enough or good enough, it's just because you weren’t right for the role… and so 'no' shouldn't discourage you to keep going and keep waking up and trying.”
