Sofía Vergara has been spotted partying without her boyfriend.

Last month, it was reported that the Modern Family actress had split from Nick Loeb after two years together. However, a few weeks later the on-off couple were seen enjoying a romantic meal in New York City, with claims they are giving things another go.

Nick was then forced to deny he had engaged in drug-fuelled sexual activities with prostitutes while dating the Colombian actress.

Sofía was apparently eager to escape the attention surrounding her private life, and attended a party in the Hamptons, New York, last weekend.

According to New York Post, the 39-year-old actress was there to celebrate a friend's birthday and spent the evening having fun with her girl pals.

"Sofía was dressed in a supertight, silver-sequined minidress," a source told the publication.

The lavish bash was held at billionaire playboy philanthropist Ivan Wilzig's medieval-style mansion.

Sofía also finished shooting her new movie Machete Kills last weekend.
