Sport Relief fundraising has hit a record high as new figures show this year's event collected £62.5 million.
The total is nearly £20 million higher than the previous Sport Relief effort in 2010.
More than a million people took part in the running event in March, while John Bishop's Paris to London triathlon contributed more than £4 million.
John said of the new figure: "The latest record-breaking Sport Relief total is just incredible. When I was asked to take on a challenge for Sport Relief, I've got to admit, I wasn't keen.
"But after seeing the great work that's happening in Sierra Leone, it was pretty hard to say no. The money raised will mean a lifetime of difference to people who really need it."
The 2010 Sport Relief campaign collected £44 million.
