Stars reunite for Red Nose Day

Barbara Windsor is to star with her celeb friends in adverts for Comic Relief

Former EastEnders stars Barbara Windsor and Larry Lamb have been reunited on screen for the first time since leaving the soap.

The pair, who played husband and wife Peggy and Archie Mitchell, are starring in an advert together in support of Comic Relief.

Lamb asks Windsor: "Have you missed me?", before she covers his face with a cream cake, topped with a Comic Relief red nose.

The advert for jackpotjoy.com draws attention to Red Nose Day games on offer, with profits going to Comic Relief.

Lamb, 63, claims in new autobiography Mummy's Boy that Windsor quit EastEnders because he had also left the BBC1 series, which he starred in for just over a year. He left Albert Square in December 2009, with the Queen Vic matriarch following nine months later.

Windsor is to give five other celebrity friends the cream cake treatment in subsequent adverts.

Gemini:

You're anxious to put a plan into motion. Fortunately, you are able to charm a few reluctant holdouts into doing things your way. If you've developed a crush on someone, now is the time to confess it. Harbouring these feelings in secret will only make you miserable. It looks as if the prospects for a relationship are good, so long as your intentions are honourable. Playing with a person's heart will backfire miserably. Make sure your feelings are deep and true before embarking on an affair.More
