Kristen Stewart is reportedly being comforted over her cheating scandal by her former on-screen mum Jodie Foster.
The 22-year-old - who made a public apology to boyfriend Robert Pattinson last week after a fling with married director Rupert Sanders - was contacted by her Panic Room co-star Jodie after news of the affair broke, RadarOnline reported.
A source claimed: "Jodie told Kristen that if she wanted to cry her heart out to her she's always available.
"Jodie loved Rob and is disappointed with Kristen for cheating on him. However, she knows at 22, she's still very young and unfortunately people make mistakes in life."
R-Patz, 26, is said to have moved out of the home he shared with Kristen in LA and is rumoured to be hiding out in Reese Witherspoon's holiday home in Ojai, California.
