Musicals week will hit Strictly Come Dancing this weekend as the remaining celebrities battle it out for a place in the semi-final.

Following the departure of former shadow chancellor Ed Balls on Saturday night, the five final couples will perform dances to hit shows including The Lion King and Jersey Boys.

Favourite to take the glitterball trophy Danny Mac and his partner Oti Mabuse will perform a tango to One Night Only from Dreamgirls.

In last week's show Hollyoaks star Mac and Mabuse became the first pair to be awarded a perfect score for a samba in the competition's history.

Former singer Louise Redknapp and partner Kevin Clifton - who won the show's Cha Cha Challenge on Saturday night - will take on a quickstep to Calamity Jane's The Deadwood Stage.

Olympic gymnast Claudia Fragapane and professional dancer AJ Pritchard will dance a salsa to I Just Can't Wait To Be King from the Lion King.

Sports presenter Ore Oduba will channel his inner Willy Wonka as he performs a foxtrot to Pure Imagination from Charlie And The Chocolate Factory with partner Joanne Clifton.

Following his escape from the bottom two against Balls, Judge Rinder will tackle a samba to Jersey Boys hit Oh! What A Night! with professional dancer Oksana Platero.

:: Strictly Come Dancing returns on Saturday night at 7pm on BBC1.
