Taylor Momsen can't wait to be "back on the road."

The 18-year-old Gossip Girl actress-turned-singer is preparing to go on tour with her rock band The Pretty Reckless.

Taylor has hit headlines for her risqué stage routines and is enthusiastic about putting on a good show for her fans.

"So excited to be going back on the road," Taylor told OK! magazine. "It's a long tour, too. We have a three-month American tour. Except for Canada, we're not leaving. That's exciting because we've been doing a lot of stuff overseas. It's good to be back on home turf, no flying anywhere."

Taylor is elated to have the opportunity to share some of the music she is currently working on with her fans.

"I don't want to say too much about [the music] because I like to let people judge it for themselves, but it's rock, man. It's heavy. It's awesome," Taylor revealed. "I'm excited about it. I can't wait for people to hear it. We got an EP coming out with new music, which is really exciting. Very exciting."

Taylor is always looking for fresh opportunities and has immersed herself in her work.

"I'm working on touring, I'm working on music, I've got a lot of stuff coming up," she shared.

The Pretty Reckless will begin their headline concert tour on March 9 in Tucson, Arizona.

The band will support Marilyn Manson on his tour for several months beginning in April.

The Pretty Reckless released their first EP Light Me Up in 2010.
