Therapy? to pick up rock honour
Northern Irish rockers Therapy? are set to be honoured as music legends for their ground-breaking achievements.
The band - fronted by Andy Cairns from Ballyclare - will be presented with an Oh Yeah Legend Award at the Northern Ireland Music Prize awards on November 15.
The alternative metal group will also perform their 1994 Troublegum album, which sold over a million copies and was shortlisted for a Mercury Prize, at the Mandela Hall.
Oh Yeah chief Stuart Bailie said: "Therapy? completely transformed our music scene in the 90s and are respected internationally."
Previous winners include Terri Hooley, The Undertones, Stiff Little Fingers and Gary Moore.
