Tori Spelling is reportedly planning to get a tummy tuck.
The actress-turned-reality TV star welcomed her fourth child - baby boy Finn - with husband Dean McDermott on August 30.
And Tori, 39, is apparently planning to go under the knife in a bid to get her slim figure - and her confidence - back.
"She's always felt depressed when she gains weight, and she's had trouble losing weight after her fourth child, which is part of the reason she keeps saying she will not have any more kids," a source told Star magazine.
But husband Dean, 45, is not supporting Tori's bid to go back under the knife for a cosmetic procedure, according to the source.
"Dean is really upset about it. He's against her having any unnecessary surgery and they have fought before over just Botox and fillers, so he is totally against a tummy tuck,' the insider said.
The former Beverly Hills 90210 star was released from hospital only last week after undergoing emergency surgery due to complications from her Cesarian section while giving birth to little Finn.
She was also hospitalised after the birth of her daughter Hattie, now 11 months, after suffering severe migraine headaches.
The couple also share son Liam, five, and Stella, four.
