Tori's 'broke' fears
Tori Spelling is said to be scared of having no money if she splits from Dean McDermott.
The American actress' marriage to Dean McDermott has taken a rocky turn and her spouse recently entered rehab in Los Angeles. He is believed to be undergoing sex addiction treatment amid claims he cheated on Tori with Emily Goodhand.
Tori has four children with Dean, the youngest being 17-month-old son Finn. Although she is said to be keen to divorce him, the blonde star reportedly fears she wouldn't be able to afford to look after her kids if they weren't together.
"She would definitely kick Dean to the curb if she could financially afford to do so. Tori has admitted she would file for divorce from Dean, but she is afraid she would go broke," a source explained to RadarOnline.
"The couple has no prenuptial agreement, and Tori is the sole breadwinner. Dean wouldn't settle for anything less than joint custody, and Tori would be forced to pay him spousal and child support. It's a really sad situation for Tori and the kids."
Tori's net-worth has been under speculation as of late, with insiders totalling it at amounts from $1.5million to a staggering $300million. Her mom Candy is thought to be worth $600million.
The 40-year-old actress previously wed Charlie Shanian, who she did have a prenup with, while Dean split from his ex-wife Mary Jo Eustace before marrying again.
Tori is said to be regretting not signing a similar contract with her current partner now their relationship looks to be ending.
"Before marrying Charlie, Tori's parents forced her to get a prenup and she was very thankful for it once the marriage went south," the source added.
