Trio limber up for ice dance final

The three remaining Dancing On Ice contenders are limbering up before Sunday's final, trying to ignore their injuries.

Ex-EastEnder Sam Attwater will battle it out with TV presenters Chloe Madeley and Laura Hamilton.

The trio have all picked up bumps and bruises but will be patched up and ready to skate.

Nickelodeon presenter Laura said all three had injuries, admitting: "We're all feeling it body-wise."

But she said they would not hold back in their routines on ITV1 this weekend, adding: "When it comes to the live show, the adrenaline just kicks in."

Injuries have also started to catch up with Chloe, who has hurt her knees and ribs.

The star, whose parents are TV duo Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan, said: "All the girls from the first week started to have issues with their ribs and I just thought I was awesome because I don't have any rib injuries but this week it's kicking my ass. They really, really hurt."

Sam, who was put on painkillers after injuring himself during rehearsals, has been told to start eating properly to keep his strength up for a dramatic routine.

The actor, who sprained his ribs earlier this week, said he was looking forward to doing the Bolero in front of "ice-skating royalty" Christopher Dean and Jayne Torvill.

The pair's performance to Ravel's music won them gold at the 1984 Sarajevo Winter Olympics and made them world-famous.
