Usher's ex 'to use stalker in court fight'

Usher

Usher's ex-wife is reportedly planning to use his alleged stalker against him in their custody battle.

Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw was taken to a psychiatric ward for a medical evaluation after showing up at the singer's home in Atlanta last month.

Usher has been embroiled in a lengthy legal fight with his ex-wife Tameka Raymond over their two young children Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Ely.

According to TMZ, Tameka is set to strengthen her case by bringing up the issue of Usher's alleged stalker and will claim the kids are not safe with him.

The website reports that the children were at Usher's house when the woman allegedly visited the property on one occasion.

"Tameka is scared for her kids' safety since Jones-Rakestraw was able to get all the way to Usher's home even though he lives in a gated community and has a security team," sources told TMZ.

Last year, Tameka filed legal papers demanding that the star should lose joint physical custody of the children.

During their bitter court battle, Tameka's legal team have questioned Usher's gruelling work schedule and reported excessive partying.

Their court battle is due to resume next month.

Tameka has also previously claimed the heartthrob cheated on her with a woman who had been a bridesmaid at their wedding.
