Victoria Beckham rocked a trilby hat as she snuck into a showing of The Bodyguard, starring Beverley Knight.

The fashion designer went to watch the musical adaptation at London's Adelphi Theatre on December 15.

Beverley shared the news on Twitter with a picture of the pair backstage , writing: "Also visiting @TheBodyguardUK was a lovely lady I haven't seen in ages! @victoriabeckham thanks luv! Xxxx"

Beverley has received rave reviews for her interpretation of fictional songstress Rachel Marron - a role originally played by the late Whitney Houston in the 1992 film of the same name.

The Shoulda Woulda Coulda singer, who took over the lead role from Heather Headley in September, previously said she wanted to make the character her own.

"It has been quite scary, I've tried to do my own Rachel. With my own version, she's a selfish mare but by the end of it she actually softens," she told Metro.
