Emma Watson has been helping New Yorkers affected by Hurricane Sandy, according to reports.

The actress, 22, has been in the Big Apple filming Darren Aronofsky's movie Noah with Russell Crowe.

The New York Post's Page Six reported that the former Harry Potter star has been delivering meals to the city's homebound elderly with Citymeals-on-Wheels.

The report comes after biblical epic Noah shut down production because of the storm.

Filming in Long Island, New York, was halted, reportedly to protect the huge ark which has been built for the movie.

Pisces:

Keep precious possessions safe. Don't leave valuables in a parked car; instead, stow them in the boot. Lock your doors. Create passwords that are hard to crack. Simple measures like these will save you a world of trouble. The last thing you want is to waste time filing police reports. If you do become the victim of theft, stay calm. Ask the authorities what you can do to protect yourself from future crimes. Smart decisions are your best defence.More
