Olivia Wilde is selling her Los Angeles home and moving to New York with boyfriend Jason Sudeikis, according to reports.
The Tron: Legacy actress' Spanish villa in Los Feliz was listed last week for $2.495 million, according to Realtor.com.
The 1929 home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a home theatre and waterfall spa
Olivia is reportedly considering renting it out for $9,000 a month.
The listing comes on the heels of a big purchase for the couple.
Olivia and Jason are believed to have purchased a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom apartment in downtown Manhattan.
According to Zillow.com, the 1,950-square-foot home cost the actors $3.225 million.
Jason and Olivia have been dating for almost a year.
The couple got together after her 2011 split from husband of eight years, filmmaker Tao Ruspoli.
Olivia recently opened up to USA Today about her new life with Jason.
"I've been decorating our new apartment. I'm so domestic… It's a good life," she said.
