The X Factor has left out four of its former winners from a 10th anniversary tribute show.

Steve Brookstein, Leon Jackson, Shayne Ward and Matt Cardle have not had their songs included in the episode which will see this year's contestants cover songs from past acts, according to The Sun.

Previous winners whose songs will be performed include Joe McElderry, James Arthur, Leona Lewis, Alexandra Burke and Little Mix. Runner up Olly Murs and third-placed One Direction have also found themselves on the set list.

Former contestants will be seen offering advice to this year's acts as part of the celebration show the weekend after next and Olly Murs will perform on the Saturday night.

One Direction will be the Sunday night performers, but their appearance will be pre-recorded this weekend.

Putting your ideas on display will be fun. People are receptive to your cutting edge sensibilities. Someone who is intrigued by your vision of the future will give you the financial support to start a business or launch a programme. You'll need a partner to get this project off the ground. Team up with someone who has experience with managing large organisations. You're good at handling the small details, but should rely on someone else to keep the big picture in sight.More
