Courtney Webb has been bombarded with death threats after claiming to have slept with One Direction star Zayn Malik.
The Sun reports that the Australian waitress has been in tears after a friend of the boy band singer posted her phone number online.
She is overcome with grief over the hate she is receiving.
"I was expecting some abuse but it has got out of control," Courtney told The Sun.
"I've had hundreds of calls from all over the world.
"One American girl left me six voicemails in an hour saying she was going to kill me. It's really scary."
Courtney, 21, said she had a one-night stand with Zayn at his north London home, believing he was single,
In fact, he is in a relationship with Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards.
Courtney's number was made public by Leon Anderson, a friend of 20-year-old Zayn's, who only removed it after three hours, by which time the damage was done.
Leon told the newspaper the waitress "was a friend who tried to cause an issue with another friend."
Meanwhile, Zayn spent Monday night with Perrie as she celebrated the first night of Little Mix's tour.
Perrie, 19, is thought to be sticking by Zayn as she is "deeply in love" with him.
