Derry date for comic Rich Hall

Award-winning comedian Rich Hall is bringing his spring tour to Londonderry.

The star of two critically acclaimed documentaries is to take his new show, An Evening With Rich Hall, to the Millennium Forum on May 17.

Hall won two Emmy awards for his writing for The David Letterman Show, and was the inspiration behind Matt Groening's character Moe Szyslak in The Simpsons. Hall, who lives on a range in Montana, regularly appears on television shows including Stand Up For The Week, Live At The Apollo and QI.

He has written three novels and released two stand-up comedy DVDs and is known for a grouchy, deadpan style.
