Lisa Ballard was born in Belfast and graduated from the University of Ulster with her BA in Fine Art in 2003. That same year she took part in her first exhibition and won the President’s Prize at The Royal Ulster Academy.
This, her latest one-person show, features a collection of new, largely landscape-based, paintings executed with her typical sketchy and immediate vigour.
