I have recently been attending the hospital because I have trouble with trembling and pain affecting my left arm and hand. I saw a neurologist who said that the possible cause was a trapped nerve on the left side of my neck which was the problem. My own doctor gave me Tramadol Hydrochloride as a painkiller. I wonder if you could recommend another remedy?
You could try taking the remedy Joint Mobility Factors with MSM from the American company Michaels. Joint Mobility Factors with MSM contains the essential nutrients for proper joint function and integrity, nutrients for proper water balance in the joints and nutrients for building material for the joint support tissues. You could also rub into the area in the mornings and evenings Atrogel (Arnica Gel). Electro-acupuncture may also be of help to you to help reduce inflammation and improve the circulation.
I have these very small lumps under my breasts and armpits that look like small warts. They go away and come back again, but what is worrying me is that they are starting to appear on my head. I went to my doctor and she gave me hydrocortisone cream but it didn't help. I am very worried!
I am pleased you have seen your doctor and had these lumps investigated but in order for me to recommend treatment for you, it would be better if you could attend Framar Healthcare Centre for a personal consultation. If a consultation were not possible, then you could try applying some Edel Hard Skin and Wart Formula to the affected areas mornings and evenings and see if this provides some relief.
I have been bothered for years with incontinence and it is getting worse. I am finding it very, very embarrassing and wondered if you could help me?
You could try doing some simple pelvic floor exercises to help strengthen the pelvic muscles and the bladder. Next time you have to urinate try to stop the urine mid-flow. In addition, take some Uva Ursi Complex, which has astringent properties that help to tone the bladder.
My 28-year-old daughter gets constipation on a regular basis. Her diet is good and she drinks plenty of water. Can you recommend anything?
She should try to increase her intake of fibre by eating wholemeal/brown bread, wholemeal pasta and brown rice. Plenty of water is good for keeping stools hydrated, and exercise can also be of help. She may also wish to try Eliminex to help regulate her bowel and promote healthy bacteria in the gut.
I love to walk but sometimes suffer from sweat rash under my arms. I have been told this is a fungal infection and am using creams. I am anxious to prevent a recurrence.
If the skin is warm and sweaty it can become inflamed due to the skin rubbing together or clothes chaffing. It can become infected with bacteria and fungi that is present on our body. Apply some Spilanthes to the affected area, as this has anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal properties.
