COMEDIAN Eddie Izzard has given £20,000 to a secondary school to help it invest in computers.

Eddie, famed for wearing women's clothes and make-up for his comedy act, made the offer after his father John, who lives near Bexhill High School, East Sussex, saw its cash appeal.
