Aguilera’s healthy workouts

Christina Aguilera is taking part in “intense” workouts.
The American singer has lost a staggering five dress sizes in the past year.
At the American Music Awards in 2012 Christina weighed in at a UK size 16, but this year she debuted her petite UK size 6 figure at the same ceremony.
In order to achieve this weight loss the 33-year-old star is reportedly throwing herself into exercise.
“Her regime is intense, but she makes lots of time for her son and herself. She’s a size 6, but she’s only 5ft 1 and looks healthy,” a source told British magazine Closer.
Christina has been dieting since March and is believed to be eating around 1,200 calories a day. Another way in which she is making herself stick to this strict system is by hiring a personal chef to cook up healthy meals that fit in with her diet.
“Christina’s chef ensures her diet is full of skinless chicken, chickpea and lentil salads and fresh fruit. She does eight 90-minute workouts a week, so sometimes exercises twice a day,” the insider added.
It seems others are impressed at the hard work Christina has put in to getting fit. The Voice producer Mark Burnett previously commented on how wonderful she looks now slimmed down.
"Christina is in such good shape; she looks like a professional athlete. She's as happy as can be, as fit as can be and as full of life as can be. She looks amazing,” he gushed.
