Alice Dellal tapped for Chanel?
Alice Dellal is reportedly the latest face of Chanel.
Creative director of the brand Karl Lagerfeld is renowned for making slightly offbeat choices of people to front the luxury fashion house's handbag campaigns.
It's now been suggested he is lining up Alice for the latest round of photographs, which he usually takes.
WWD reports the British model is best known for "her half-shaved head and for being a drummer in the band Thrush Metal".
No further information about the report is currently available and it remains unknown when the new images will be shot.
Karl has previously used former supermodel Jerry Hall, Diane Kruger and Lily Allen to promote the handbag line.
The designer has previously spoken about how important it is to find the right model for a job. He takes a long time to cast his shows and campaigns as getting it wrong can be a big mistake.
"I do a lot of portraits. I really take time to choose my models. I don't think one should ever be a model guzzler," he previously said, when asked about his penchant for photography.
"One must give the model spirit. I also do landscapes and still life - I prefer this expression to its rather odd French equivalent, nature morde (dead nature)."
