Amy Adams considers haircut

Amy Adams

Amy Adams is considering chopping off her long locks.

The actress is famed for her long red locks and wears her style with pride.

In her line of work, Amy has to be open to changes to portray different characters, but she’s not always brave enough to experiment in her day-to-day life.

“I’ve embraced red hair. I love it. I think it allows you to have a bigger personality,” she smiled to British Company magazine.

“I really want to cut my hair as I would love to have a bob. I really like the short hair I had in Julie & Julia, I felt really sporty with it – but I don’t know if I could pull it off in real life and I’ve become so attached to my long hair.”

For her recent appearance at the BAFTAs in London, Amy channelled gothic chic in a gorgeous lacy, black Elie Saab Couture gown.

Despite having designer dresses to hand, the 38-year-old is also partial to some high street shopping.

“I still love H&M,” she gushed.

“I’ve actually just been there as I went to Las Vegas with my sisters to get some party clothes. I love it because you get to play with fashion without spending lots of money. I love Topshop too, though I kind of liked it better when it was just in the UK. It was like a special trip you made, and I’d end up coming home with some sculpted hotdog earrings, just because I could.”
