Jennifer Aniston's fiancé Justin Theroux reportedly helps to reassure her about her body.
The 44-year-old former Friends star is famed for her youthful looks and amazing toned figure.
In her latest film We're The Millers, Jennifer shows off her body in a stripper role, but since the movie wrapped she's reportedly letting go of her strict exercise regime.
Her fiancé, Justin, is said to be the one responsible.
"Justin has told her he doesn't care what size she is and he's so laidback that she's started adopting the same attitude," a source smiled to British magazine Star.
"Jen used to panic about her weight and be disciplined about her diet. But she has realised there is more to life than counting calories."
Jennifer and Justin started dating in 2011 and the stars announced their engagement in August last year.
No date for the wedding has yet been set, but Jennifer is said to be so happy that any previous body worries have fallen by the wayside.
"Jen is so content and loved up with Justin. He makes her feel so secure. She has become more laidback and doesn't feel the pressure to keep up the diet and exercise plan she once religiously followed," the insider continued.
"For Jen, healthy starts with happiness and she is blissfully happy in her life with Justin. Now she is just focusing on their future together - not calorie counting!"
