Anne V isn’t always “comfortable” with the curvy body she needs for Sports Illustrated shoots.
The Russian model – full name Anne Vyalitsyna – has appeared in the iconic publication’s Swimsuit Issue for the last seven years. The shoots are always sexy and sensual, and the models tend to have curvaceous bodies. It’s not something Anne is always a fan of, but she’s learnt to deal with it.
“There is a certain weight I feel comfortable in,” she explained. “The thing is, with Sports Illustrated, they want the whole voluptuous, soft body. Sometimes I’m not comfortable with that.”
To help her get up the guts to strip off, Anne usually has a spray tan. She also makes sure she’s as toned as can be so she looks healthy and in shape.
“You can be the most beautiful girl in the world, but without confidence, no one will notice you,” she told People.
Anne recently shot photographs for the Fall Abbot + Main by Dylan George campaign. She was joined by Twilight hunk Kellan Lutz in the shots and says working with him was a lot of fun.
“Our shoot was a little sexual,” she laughed. “It’s great working with an actor, because the theme of the shoot was what it was. He put his whole heart in it.”
