Ashley Greene's mascara staple

Ashley Greene

Ashley Greene always uses the same mascara and carries around snacks, hand sanitizer and sunscreen in her bag.

The American actress may be one of the hottest names in Hollywood, with a starring role in the Twilight franchise, but she's not immune from a lazy make-up routine.

Ashley usually stuns on the red carpet, but admits she often coats her eyes in a mascara she's had for ages.

"I have tried a lot of different mascaras, but I always come back to L'Oréal Voluminous. I've had the same tube forever," Ashley admitted to Us Weekly magazine.

The 27-year-old opened her purse to the publication, showing fans what she carries around on a day-today basis.

As well as make-up, Ashley also always has food on her and can be found chowing down on almonds whenever she gets a snack attack.

"I constantly eat in my car, so I keep Oral-B Glide floss with me," she said of her food habits. "And I won't leave the house without Dove deodorant or the Honest Company's hand sanitizer. I shake a lot of hands!"

Sun safety is also of high importance to the star, and carrying sun protection around is a must.

"My friend Cara turned me on to the company HydroPeptide. I carry a really nice sunscreen that gives my skin an iridescent sheen," she revealed.

Ashley's purse is often so jam packed with daily essentials she tends to lose her car keys amongst the chaos. But one thing she always finds a place for is her lucky charm.

"I try to keep jewellery out of my purse, because I'll end up losing it, but I do have a lokai bracelet that signifies to stay hopeful and humble," she confessed.
