Ashley Roberts's low maintenance look

Ashley Roberts

Ashley Roberts uses clear mascara to neaten up her eyebrows.

The 32-year-old star isn't afraid to go bold on the red carpet, rocking looks such as fuchsia lipstick. But on an everyday basis Ashley doesn't put a lot of time into her appearance, and likes to keep things relaxed.

"When it comes to make-up, I'm pretty low-maintenance. I apply a touch of Sheer Cover concealer under eyes, curl my lashes and add a flick of mascara," she told British magazine Closer. "I use clear mascara on my brows to neaten them up. Sometimes I'll go for a lip colour, but for daytime I usually just use Maybelline Baby Lips tinted lip balm."

Ashley does put thought into her outfits though. So much so that the blonde beauty gets stuck into choosing in advance.

"I like to think about what to wear the night before, and thanks to my amazing stylist, my wardrobe is super-organised, so getting ready is a doddle. I love prints, so might go for a patterned top and jeans for daytime," she added.

"After work, I often meet my friends for dinner - I love Mexican food! I'll wear something more fun, such as heels and a dress, and brighten up my make-up with a bold pink lippie."

The former Pussycat Dolls member was going through her daily routine with the publication. To get her started in the mornings, Ashley gets straight into exercise before anything else.

"After breakfast - which is usually eggs and avocado - I like to meditate. It's a great way to start the day! Then it's off to the gym for a circuit class or one-to-one with m personal trainer," she smiled.
