Beyoncé Knowles is apparently worried her looks have changed since she became a mother.

The American star has wowed with a series of red carpet appearances recently, donning a form-fitting jumpsuit to the Grammys earlier this month and a stunning Elie Saab evening gown to the premiere of her documentary Life Is But a Dream this week.

Although her toned shape has been praised, the star is apparently concerned becoming a mother to her daughter Blue Ivy might have impacted her physique.

"Beyoncé doesn't feel as confident about her body as she used to. I think she's considered having a boob lift to give her a bit of oomph after breastfeeding for ten weeks. Wherever Beyoncé goes there's a camera. She wouldn't want anything dramatic and there's a lot about herself she likes - she's always happy to get her legs out," a source laughed to Look magazine. "But I think she'd like a little boost - something to help remove her baby stretch marks and help her confidence."

Despite her fears, the star's husband Jay-Z is apparently thrilled with her look. He is said to be determined to convince her she is beautiful and doesn't need to go under the knife.

"He says he wouldn't change a single thing about Bey," the insider said. "She's his dream woman exactly as she is and he always says how lucky he is to be with her. He can't see anything wrong with her."
