Beyoncé Knowles is reportedly already well on her way to achieving her pre-pregnancy body.
The stunning singer welcomed daughter Blue Ivy into the world on January 7. She stepped out for the first time on February 6 and wowed with her impressive physique.
Star magazine claims that the Single Ladies singer is pulling out all the stops to get back to her best which includes moving her personal trainer into her home so she can work out throughout the day.
Beyoncé apparently wants to lose the 40lbs she put on during her pregnancy and has enlisted fitness guru Marco Borges to help her out. He is now living in the Hamptons home she shares with rapper husband Jay-Z to put the new mother through intense daily sessions.
"Beyoncé and Marco are up at 5a.m. for a two-hour workout, and they do it again at 5p.m," a source told the publication.
"They do a mix of cardio, Pilates, plyometrics, yoga and, of course, dance."
The 30-year-old is also sticking to a strict eating regime.
"She's having six tiny high-protein meals a day," the insider added. "She's living on protein shakes, egg-white omelettes, pineapple chunks and lots of ice-cold water."
Beyoncé is seeing great results and has lost 14lbs already. She hopes to remain on the right path.
"She's exhausted but totally dedicated," the source said. "Beyoncé's vowed to have a better body than ever before and she's a woman of her word."
