Britney's butt wish
Britney Spears thinks it's important to be consistent with exercise.
The singer's weight has fluctuated over the years, with many fans following her ups and downs.
She's now in amazing shape, killing it regularly with energetic dance routines as part of her Piece of Me Las Vegas residency.
However, during a new interview with Women's Health magazine, the 33-year-old admitted she would shrink her behind if she could.
"I wish it were smaller," she sighed to the magazine.
Britney has worked hard to keep herself trim after giving birth to sons Jayden and Sean, eight and nine years old.
Initially it seemed relatively easy but as she's grown a little older, the star has realised she needs to work harder.
"After I had Jayden, it was real easy for me to get back in shape," she explained.
"But five years later, I started noticing changes in my body. My hips are a little bit wider because I've had kids. So it was crucial for me to be continuous with my exercise. Consistency is key."
Britney also allowed an insight into her fitness regime for the publication. She'll often do 20 minutes of intense cardio before moving on to weights.
Class wise, she enjoys everything from circuit training to yoga. Swimming and hiking also feature.
"I always forget what a great workout hiking is until I get home and my legs are sore!" she smiled.
And she's good with her food, too. The star likes kicking the day off with a healthy smoothie or scrambled egg whites and wheat toast.
