Brooklyn Decker gives workouts everything
Brooklyn Decker "likes to push" when it comes to exercising.
The fashion model-and-actress is famed for her appearances in the prestigious Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, as well as her work for Victoria's Secret.
Brooklyn's beautiful body is the result of a lot of hard work though, says her personal trainer Jade Alexis.
"She is very coordinated and likes to push. Brooklyn works hard and has fun while she's at it," the fitness expert told Shape magazine.
The 25-year-old beauty is starring in an Elle Magazine workout DVD. Brooklyn did a series of cardio circuits, mixing drills, and basketball, soccer, tennis, and boxing exercises in preparation for the fitness filming.
"Brooklyn is very athletic and picked everything up quickly, especially the boxing," Jade revealed.
Brooklyn's enviably toned yet curvy figure is the result of a balanced diet, says Jade. The fitness expert recommends sticking to a healthy diet in order to keep up stamina and strength for workouts.
"I'm not a fan of diets, so I encourage people to practice eating habits that can be maintained," she advised. "In an effort to lose weight, one might consider eating vegetarian or a vegan-based diet. Portion control is key. To maintain weight, it's important to be consistent and don't overeat.
"Cardio will keep you lean, strength training will keep you strong and toned."
