Brook’s rocking beauty regime

Kelly Brook listens to Madonna and drinks champagne when she's getting red carpet ready.

Discussing her getting ready rituals with British magazine Closer, Kelly revealed champagne is also a necessity when glamming up.

"I'll open champagne, put on an old Madonna album and spend two hours getting ready, including a outfit fitting. Tabitha Simmons does amazing dresses," she enthused.

On her days off, the model has a much faster beauty regime.

Far from being high maintenance, the British beauty says her hair and make-up routine is complete in less than half an hour.

"On days off I do a quick blow-dry and put on light make-up and am ready in 20 minutes. Chanel foundation on gives a lovely glow.

"I always define my eyebrows, highlight my cheekbones with bronzer and put on mascara and a slather of Cupid's Bow Lip Gloss from my beauty range," she said.

With her enviable curves, Kelly often tops the lists of best body polls.

But she's not strict with diet, instead she just doesn't over indulge.

"I need a coffee before I do anything. I start the day healthily with boiled or scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, or Greek yogurt and fruit.

"For lunch leg of lamb is my speciality when I have friends over. I slow cook it with anchovies and oregano. It's delish. Then if I'm getting ready for an event typically I'll order food from my local Greek deli I love spanakopita (savoury pastry) and salad," she said.
