Calvin Klein agrees to rare public talk
Calvin Klein is to give a rare interview.
The iconic designer has largely stayed out of the limelight over recent years. Francisco Costa is now the womenswear creative director of the Calvin Klein label, and the person who regularly talks about the fashion house.
However, Calvin will take part in an in-depth interview on October 17. He has agreed to talk to Fern Mallis, who used to be the boss of IMG Fashion Week.
"Mallis may be well loved by the industry but we expect her to ask some tough - and interesting!-questions of the design legend. She says they'll talk about everything from his childhood in the Bronx, to his earliest collections, celebrity clients, and career highs - with at least a few minutes devoted to Marky Mark!" reports elle.com.
The conversation will take place in New York City at the 92nd Street Y, which is cultural and community centre.
It will happen in front of an audience, with tickets priced at $29.
