Diane Kruger to get romantic at Met Ball
Diane Kruger is looking forward to wearing something "really glamorous" at the upcoming Met Gala.
The actress explained that after last year's edgy Punk: Chaos to Couture theme, she is looking forward to dressing up for 2014's Charles James: Beyond Fashion premise.
"I had my fitting this morning. I like it because it's a little bit romantic and you know, after the grungier theme last year, it'll be nice to do something really glamorous," Diane told E! Online.
Hosted by American Vogue's editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, every year fashion's finest turn out to celebrate a sartorial-themed exhibition at New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art. This year, the first exhibition of the newly renovated Costume Institute will look at the work process of legendary 20th-century Anglo-American couturier Charles James.
Speaking on the red carpet at FX Networks Upfronts and premiere screening of FX new series Fargo, blonde style icon Diane looked stunning in a black Zuhair Murad jumpsuit with sexy leather strap detailing. Diane added a punky edge to the outfit by wearing lots of 'mix and match' small earrings.
"This is my personal jewellery. It's a brand called Jacquie Aiche and I've been wearing them for a while. They're from LA and they all mix and match, so they're all different, Diane revealed.
