Drew Barrymore believes her hairbrush possesses a "magic swiping component".
The actress launched her own cosmetics line Flower for American chain store Walmart earlier this year.
As well as being a user of her own products, Drew named the items in her beauty regime she can't live without.
"A few strokes from my Mason Pearson brush, and my hair looks professionally done. It must have some magic swiping component," Drew told UK InStyle magazine. "Patchouli 100% Pure Essential Oil is my scent. When I walk into a room people go, 'That's so nice!'"
Drew likes to keep her skincare routine simple. Organic products and those that smell natural are her favourites.
"If I don't use Dickinson's Original Witch Hazel Oil Controlling Towelettes, my skin breaks out. They're my little facials on the go. I love Dr Bronner's Organic Baby-Mild soap. Less is more," she continued. "And Diptyque's Tam Duo Shower Gel has a gorgeous woody smell."
On her FlowerBeauty.com website Drew answers beauty questions which are asked through Facebook and Twitter.
She gained her experience on the subject through her acting career, which started when she was a child.
"I've been sitting in the make-up chair since I was a kid. It's something I know and love. I always hoped to launch my own cosmetics line and now I have, I love the idea that my daughter Olive and I can one day be involved in this together," she finished.
