Elisabeth Moss: I don't fight over clothes
Elisabeth Moss never fights with her Mad Men co-stars over costumes.
The actress dresses in vintage fashions for her role as secretary-turned-copywriter Peggy Olson on the series about an advertising agency set in New York in the 1960s.
While Elisabeth envies co-star Christina Hendricks for her fashions on the show, she wouldn't dream of stealing from her wardrobe.
"There's no fighting over clothes - we're professionals," she told the April edition of UK magazine Marie Claire.
The 29-year-old star hails costume designer Janie Bryant for the stunning outfits created for the hit series. She says she is a fan of classic styles such as the ones designed for her character.
"I've always had an interest in vintage but more 20s and 30s. Costume designer Janie Bryant does a wonderful job. Joan [Christina Hendricks] is often completely covered except for her hands but still looks so sexy," she explained.
Elisabeth's comments come ahead of the release of the fifth series of Mad Man. She has praised the performance of leading star Jon Hamm - who plays womanising executive Don Draper.
"Jon Hamm is a really funny guy. He has a big comedy bone," she said. "But he is also an incredibly caring and supportive friend to me. You don't always like your co-stars, so it's really enjoyable to be in a scene with him. We shoot lots in a short time period; even though there's a sense of 'move, move, move' we still goof around."
