The brunette beauty's asymmetric gown showed off her enviable figure, while her waist was clinched in with a metallic loop embellishment at the side.
Elizabeth accessorised with stunning diamond drop earrings, beige sandals and a gold clutch. The star let her tumbling waves cascades over her shoulders, while showing off sexy kohl-rimmed eyes and nude lips.
Designer Patrick Cox - who looked dapper in a black suit and bowtie - posed with the star in front of her house before getting into the waiting car.
Uma Thurman opted to flaunt her figure in a black curve-hugging floor-sweeping gown, which featured a subtle pink underlay.
The 43-year-old star's elegant look was completed with a long diamond necklace and delicate drop earrings, while she picked out the blush tones in her dress with a dazzling pink diamond cuff.
Uma let her outfit do the talking and kept her beauty look unfussy. Her hair was swept back into a low-slung bun while her make-up was smokey and sultry.
