Emma Roberts talks seasonal style

Emma Roberts

Emma Roberts gives her opinion on new-season denim as Piperlime’s latest guest editor addition.

The fashion site offers the latest news on seasonal trends and where to shop for them.

The young actress follows in the footsteps of fashionistas such as Rachel Zoe and Olivia Palermo and gives her take on summer denim in the clip.

“I love my jeans, I’m obsessed with jeans,” she gushes in the promo.

“Especially white denim. I love skinny jeans; love. I like prints on denim. Piperlime has such a great selection of floral jeans, coloured jeans… And at night, those same jeans, throw on a great necklace and put on some boots and you look perfectly night-time.”

With summer approaching, the 22-year-old is already thinking about how she will protect her eyes from the sun.

A cool pair of shades is important for the pretty star.

“Right now I’m really obsessed with sunglasses. I love tortoise shell sunglasses and I’m a big fan of the cat eye shape, it’s very chic. I have these white cat eye sunglasses that I wear all the time and they go with everything,” she revealed to Sylecaster.

With her hectic schedule, Emma also likes clothing that is versatile.

For her, monochrome always works.

“I’m loving black and white because it’s really easy to go from day to night, especially for someone like me who’s always running around,” she explained.

“You want to have a basic black and white daytime outfit that you can add heels and a statement necklace to and instantly it’s the perfect evening look.”
