Emine Hurley (34), Care assistant, Belfast

Wore what? Jacket, £12, and sandals, £15,|New Look; vest, £2, Primark; skirt, £25, boutique in Turkey; bag, £30, River Island.

Why? I like to be colourful and summery. I don’t like high heels though, I tend to wear flats most of the time.

Who? I think Holly Willoughby wears great dresses, but I’m not keen on Rihanna’s style.

Ashley Proctor (18)

Student, Belfast

Wore what? Top, £9, Topshop; trousers, £30, DV8; sunglasses, £2, Primark; shoes, £25, New Look.

Why? My style is girly and I like to be comfortable. I don't like it when girls wear football shirts or tomboy-style items. Girls should dress like girls!

Who? I like Nicole Scherzinger’s girly and glamorous look. I'm not keen on Lady Gaga, her style is too extreme.

Lara Braiden (18)

Student, Belfast

Wore what? Jacket, £60, Topshop; tunic, £15, and shorts, £10, both from River Island; shoes, £7, Primark.

Why? My style is unique — I just like to be |different to everyone else. I don’t go for string vests, as they show too much flesh.

Who? Miley Cyrus, because she’s not afraid to be different. I don’t like what Taylor Swift wears; she’s young, but dresses really old.

Shannen Watson (20)

Student, Londonderry

Wore what? Blazer, £35 and jeans, £30 both from Topshop; T-shirt, £15 and sandals, £30 both from Zara; bag, £95, Ted Baker.

Why? My style is quite feminine and I like floral patterns. I really don't like people showing off too much flesh, though.

Who? I like Amanda Holden’s style as she wears great dresses. I don't like Rihanna as she often has too much on show.

Meghan McCann (19)

Retail assistant, Lisburn

Wore what? T-shirt, £4, Primark; skirt, £7, eBay; shoes, £45, Converse; bag, £5, Matalan.

Why? I always wanted to be a fashion designer, so my style is quirky and colourful. I don’t like too many dark colours together and I never wear the same things as everyone else.

Who? I like Rita Ora’s use of colour and I love Rihanna’s style, too. I don’t like Eliza Doolittle’s look, though — she can be a bit of a disaster at times.
