Wore what? Coat, £80, ASOS; dress, £45, The White Pepper from Topshop; boots, £45, Topshop; bag £15, H&M.

Why? I don't stick to one style. I'll be girly one day and a tomboy the next. I don't like thin leggings that you can see through, as they are not attractive.

Who? I love Alexa Chung's style, but I don't like Florence Welch's look. She dresses too old for her age.

* Monthly spend £650

Wore what? Coat, £90, Warehouse; jumper, £12, Primark; jeans, £45, Armani Exchange; boots, £20, New Look; bag, £45, River Island.

Why? I like comfy chic with a bit of colour. I don't like trainers with dresses at all.

Who? Olivia Palermo always looks sophisticated and nicely finished. I don't like Lily Allen, as her style is too street for me.

* Monthly spend £350

Michelle Patterson (21), student, Londonderry

Wore what? Jacket, £20, ebay; dress, £20 and boots, £20, both from H&M; bag, £40, Dessie.

Why? My style is quite casual, but I do like to dress up at weekends. I don't like tracksuits and trainers.

Who? Kate Moss has a nice casual style that I like, but I've never been keen on Alexa Chung as she's too skinny.

* Monthly spend £150

Julieanne McCann (20), burrito barista, Belfast

Wore what? Coat, £15, and bag, £5 both from the The Rusty Zip; jumper, £55, River Island; shirt, £35, Miss Selfridge; leggings, £45, Topshop; shoes, £15, DV8.

Why? My style is vintage and eclectic. I like to mix and match things. I don't like turtlenecks. They're supposed to be in fashion right now, but to my mind, they look ridiculous.

Who? I really like 60s fashion, a la Audrey Hepburn. I don't like Rihanna's look, though.

* Monthly spend £200

Vanessa McDonagh (18), retail assistant, Belfast

Wore what? Jacket, £18, Forever 21; T-shirt, £8, Hollister; scarf, £4, jeans, £6, both from Primark; boots, £12, and bag, £15, both from New Look.

Why? My style is different, so I don't like to fit in with what other people are wearing. I don't like it when people wear clothes that really don't suit their shape.

Who? Khloe Kardashian always dresses for her shape and she looks fantastic. I don't like Jodie Marsh, as she shows off too much flesh.

* Monthly spend £50
