Lady Gaga is rumoured to be appearing in the spring 14 campaign advertisements for Versace.
The American pop star met with fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott during her stay in London, WWD reports.
During their meeting, they are thought to have discussed Gaga - real name Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta - starring in the fashion house's advertisements for next year.
The 27-year-old singer and the label's creative director Donatella Versace already have a close friendship. Gaga wore vintage dresses courtesy of Versace for her The Edge of Glory music video in 2011.
She was also lucky enough to have the Italian fashion house design custom-made costumes for the US leg of her Born This Way Ball tour earlier this year. However, due to a hip injury, Gaga was forced to cancel several shows.
To share her appreciation for Donatella, Gaga penned a 'love letter' track to the designer for her latest album ARTPOP.
"It's not so much about Donatella as a brand as it is Donatella the person; about me as a person; that idea of what the public wants from you," Gaga told Just Jared. "It's about being a fearless female and not caring what people say about you - being proud of who you are and walking the walk no matter what."
Donatella is thrilled to be a part of the quirky musician's work. The designer gave the track her full approval.
"I would like to thank Gaga for her geniality, creativity, incredible talent and super b***hiness," Donatella added. "I am honoured to be her friend and of course I love the song!"
