Gina Rodriguez is making a teen's prom dream come true.

Actress Gina Rodriguez has offered to loan a teenage fan on the hunt for a perfect prom dress the gown she wore to the 2015 Golden Globes.

The strapless, black Badgley Mischka dress was a big hit on the red carpet and proved lucky for the Jane the Virgin star, who picked up a coveted Best Actress trophy at the prizegiving.

Gina was such a fan of the gown, she bought it after the ceremony, so she would always have a special, stylish keepsake from her big night.

And now a young fan, called Jessica, will get the chance to wear the winning outfit to her high school prom after reaching out to the actress on Twitter.com and asking where she could pick up a dress like the one Gina wore to the Globes.

The hopeful devotee wrote, "so would love to wear your golden globes dress to prom", prompting Gina to write back, "Where do you live? I only own my first globes dress the one from last year... maybe we can make this happen."

The Buffalo, New York native responded, "it would be an honor to wear it. it's beautiful", and Gina immediately promised to discuss the rental with the teen offline.

Gina was named Best Actress in a Television Series Musical or Comedy at the 2015 Golden Globes ceremony for her role in break-out comedy hit Jane The Virgin. She beat out the likes of Lena Dunham, Edie Falco, Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Taylor Schilling for the award.
